1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jlx7 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Philippine-registered online gaming operator licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under License Number [PH-2020-JLX7-001].

By accessing our website at https://jlx7.cam, downloading our mobile applications, creating an account, or using any services offered by jlx7, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. Continued use of the jlx7 platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use jlx7 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. We employ advanced age verification systems and reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts created by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent, are under guardianship, or are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent them from entering into binding agreements are prohibited from using jlx7 services.
• Jurisdictional Requirements: You must be physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and whenever accessing jlx7 services. Our systems employ geo-location technology to verify your physical location. Attempts to circumvent geo-restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program administered by PAGCOR, jlx7, or any other Philippine gaming operator. You must not have been previously banned or excluded from jlx7 or any affiliated gaming platforms for any reason.
• Single Account Requirement: You may maintain only one (1) account with jlx7. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.1 Verification Process

jlx7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts). Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration for a jlx7 account requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy throughout the duration of your relationship with jlx7.

3.1 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify jlx7 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jlx7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jlx7 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and to request supporting documentation. Accounts registered with false information will be closed and all funds forfeited without notice.

3.3 Non-Transferability

Your jlx7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances. You may not permit any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the jlx7 platform must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jlx7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), over-the-counter methods (7-Eleven Cliqq, Cebuana Lhuillier), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).

4.1 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet and cryptocurrency methods, while bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. jlx7 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (Five Hundred Philippine Pesos). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional documentation and enhanced verification procedures, which may extend processing time up to seventy-two (72) hours.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 6 of this Agreement. Attempts to use jlx7 services for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will result in immediate account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

jlx7 operates a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on our platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are regularly tested and certified by independent auditing firms including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs.

5.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG algorithms and are final and binding. jlx7 does not have the ability to influence or manipulate game results in any way. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on our website and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of short-term results.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits which are clearly displayed within the game interface. jlx7 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Responsible gaming limits set by the player take precedence over game-specific limits.

5.3 Disconnection Policy

If your connection is interrupted during game play, any pending bets will be resolved according to the game's rules. For live dealer games, if disconnection occurs after a bet is placed but before the outcome is determined, the game will continue and results will be recorded. You may view results in your betting history upon reconnection.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

jlx7 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration timeframes.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

Bonuses are available only to players who meet specific eligibility criteria as defined in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, each household, IP address, device, and payment method may claim each bonus offer only once. Bonuses must be claimed within the specified offer period and used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x wagering means bonus amount must be wagered 35 times). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10% to 20% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jlx7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging, opposite betting), and any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming Commitment

jlx7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we are dedicated to early intervention and player protection.

7.1 Self-Assessment and Limits

Players are encouraged to regularly assess their gaming behavior using self-assessment questionnaires available on our Responsible Gaming page. jlx7 provides comprehensive limit-setting tools including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits per session, day, week, or month
• Wagering limits to control total amount bet
• Session time limits with reality check notifications

Once set, limits cannot be increased for a period of seventy-two (72) hours. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

7.2 Self-Exclusion Program

Players who feel they need a break from gaming may enroll in our self-exclusion program for periods of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked, you will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications, and you will not be permitted to create new accounts. Self-exclusion is coordinated with PAGCOR's National Self-Exclusion Registry to provide protection across all licensed Philippine gaming operators.

8. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using jlx7 services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or submission of false documents
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate the platform
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our software or systems
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the jlx7 platform
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or jlx7 staff
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geo-restrictions or mask your identity
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of odds errors or technical malfunctions
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the jlx7 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of jlx7 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The jlx7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jlx7 and may not be used without express written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jlx7 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any right to download, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

jlx7 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlx7 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. jlx7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of jlx7 services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱5,000), whichever is less.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

jlx7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide required verification documents, or engagement in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use jlx7 services will immediately cease. If your account is closed in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned to you using your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. If your account is closed due to breach of this Agreement or fraudulent activity, jlx7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification of your identity and completion of any pending wagering requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of jlx7 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jlx7 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jlx7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of jlx7 services following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
